Things I'm Doing to Get Healthier:
1. I set a goal of 100 walks--and I'm currently 30 walks in.
2. Raised a portion of my desk to encourage me to stand more.
3. Eliminated snacks after dinner (this is the hardest).
Now, if I could find a device for under my desk that I can peddle.
